Daniel Longo (b. Toronto 1987) lives and works in Los Angeles CA. Daniel works heavily within pop culture influence and his work is generally characterized by intense colors and composition.
Prior to a career in fine art, Daniel was a professional snowboarder competing in Canada and abroad. At 18 years of age, he was presented with the Premiers Award for ‘Athlete of the Year’ in B.C. Canada, and was ranked as a world-class snowboarder affording him the privilege to represent Canada on the Canadian National Olympic Development Team competing in World Cups and US Opens in Canada, US, France, New Zealand and South Korea.
Daniel’s experiences and travels as a young athlete also serve as a source of inspiration for his many artistic creations.
